Dale L. (Curly) Collins Obituary

Dale L. "Curly" Collins, 67 passed away Friday October. 12, 2018 at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne, IN. He was born in Fort Wayne to the late George B and Rachel E. "Peg" Collins and has been a lifetime resident. He was an exchange tech at Cornerstone Pharmacy for several years. Curly was an avid and accomplished bowler and rolled many games at Georgetown Lanes. He also enjoyed spending time on Facebook and sharing with his hundreds of friends. Curly's true passion was his family especially his grandchildren. He is survived his wife, Carol Collins, daughter Heather (Philip) Barnes, step-sons James (Amy) Miller, Kenneth (Sandy) Miller all of Fort Wayne, Jeremy (Crystal) Miller of Auburn, IN. sisters Shirley (Marlin) Whitney of Edgerton, OH; Marsha (Russell) Erps of McAllen, TX and nine grandchildren. Curly preceded in death by his brother Jackie Joe Collins. Services will be 10:00 AM Friday October, 19, 2018 at Mungovan Simple Funeral Home 2114 South Calhoun Street Fort Wayne, IN with calling one hour prior. Calling also Thursday October, 18, 2018 from 5-8 pm. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne. Memorials may be made to the family in care of Carol Collins.
